Noyuri Mima (Profile)
Born in Tokyo in 1960. After graduating from the University of Electro-Communications (UEC), she worked for a foreign computer manufacturer. She earned master’s degrees from both Harvard University and the University of Tokyo, and a Ph.D. from UEC. Her areas of expertise include educational technology and science communication. She is married and has a son.
